Adedayo (Dayo) Nariwo is a highly accomplished technology executive, cloud strategist, and digital transformation leader with over 15 years of enterprise IT experience and more than seven years in senior leadership roles. As the Executive President of Echoflux Solutions Inc., Dayo spearheads the company’s technical vision, product innovation, and global IT service delivery strategy.
Dayo’s expertise spans cloud architecture (Azure & AWS), cybersecurity governance, IT service management, and bespoke ERP development. He has led the end-to-end deployment of large-scale digital infrastructure projects for both public and private sector clients across Canada and internationally — including ExxonMobil, Alberta Municipalities, Alta Steel, Cashco Financial, and SMS Equipment.
Dayo has successfully managed multi-million-dollar ERP rollouts, cybersecurity awareness programs, digital workplace transformations, and cloud migrations, while maintaining a user-centric approach to IT governance, change management, and operational resilience. He is also the driving force behind the Echoflux Core CRM ERP, an adaptable solution built for SMEs, non-profits, and diaspora-driven platforms.

Mr. Olumuyiwa Odufalu is a seasoned business strategist, investor, and multi-sector entrepreneur with over 28 years of professional experience, including more than 15 years in executive leadership across sectors such as oil & gas, marine logistics, real estate, construction, infrastructure, and financial services.
Mr. Odufalu was the original visionary and principal investor behind Chamberslegal — a legal practice management ERP initially designed to empower legal practitioners in Nigeria. He not only conceptualized and funded the platform but also served as the strategic architect of its transformation. Under his leadership, Chamberslegal is now being completely re-engineered into a modern, cloud-native system — equipped with advanced security, collaboration, and compliance features — and positioned to serve a global legal community with excellence and scale.
His extensive leadership background includes serving as CEO of Zomay Marine & Logistics, where he built and managed subsidiaries across Nigeria and Ghana, with operations in dredging, offshore construction, exploration & production, and marine logistics. Currently, he is also the CEO of Zerthis Global Services Ltd., a company supporting Nigeria’s offshore energy sector, and sits on the board of multiple organizations spanning real estate, community development, and international infrastructure.
In addition, Mr. Odufalu serves as the Vice President of Business Strategy & Development for a U.S.-based building and construction firm, where he leads strategic growth initiatives and cross-border expansion across North America and Africa.
At Echoflux, he leads the business side of innovation, overseeing strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, financial stewardship, and market development. He plays a pivotal role in expanding market share, forging OEM and institutional partnerships, and driving visionary projects like the African Diaspora Marketplace in Canada.
Armed with degrees in Architecture (B.Sc. & M.Sc.) from Obafemi Awolowo University, he is a proud member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
